  4. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please submit your DMCA notice through our Contact page. We will review all valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the identified content.

  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

Counter-notifications should also be submitted via our Contact page.

3. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

4. Limitation of Liability
